Opened in February 2007, Delish is a delicatessen and café owned and operated by Kurt & Ann Wyss. Kurt is a master cheese maker from Switzerland selects the cheeses based on his years of experience. It includes Tasmanian Highland Cheeses, Ashgrove, King Island, Tasmanian Heritage and imported varieties including Swiss Gruyere, Italian Gorgonzola and French Roquefort. Other quality products include Tasmanian smallgoods, terrines and pates as well as Hillfarm sauces, Tasmanian Gourmet chutneys and relishes, Wilmot Hills grappa, Ghost Rock wines and many more products. Delish also serve delicious cafe style breakfast, lunch and snacks. All cakes are made in house by our talented kitchen staff and carefully selected by our Head Chef. We pride ourselves on using only the best fresh local produce. Coffee is Jasper Fairtrade Organic. We also stock gourmet gift items, useful kitchen items, beverages and food books. Delish is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and a meal or to restock your larder with fine food and deli products.
