It’s here at the Stanley Nut that fishing family, Hursey, dock their boats from days offshore fishing for the famous Southern Rock Lobster.

The family have a great love for the industry and have been fishing these waters for generations. Their crew take to the waters of the Bass Strait and return to feed the many hungry visitors looking to have a taste of the precious red sea creature. The catch is docked not five hundred meters from the restaurant and the team ensure only the freshest are to be served.
The restaurant is located directly next to the Stanley Nut, down the main street and just past the heritage listed buildings. Heading up to the restaurant you’ll pass the fresh seafood deli displaying the freshest catch, laid out on ice and ready for purchase. Up one level and you’ll find yourself in the dining area looking at panoramic views across the bay.
